Jenny offers a mobile service and will come to your home or work for your physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
Jenny can come to the comfort of your own home for your appointment or you can be seen at the Petts Wood Practice clinic ( near Orpington). If you prefer a home visit – all the necessary equipment will be brought along with her.
Jenny can diagnose & treat a variety of conditions or injuries including sports injuries and the treatment of neck, back and shoulder pain.
Treatments will be tailored to your needs and after initial diagnosis a plan to remedy will be recommended. She can also travel to your business, offer treatments and also ergonomic assessments for yourself or staff working to improve comfort and productivity at work.

A personalised treatment plan will be decided following assessment and may include Manual Therapy, Exercise Therapy, Acupuncture.
On your first appointment Jenny will ask you detailed questions to help to understand the nature of your problem. Jenny will then complete a very detailed assessment to try and get to the root of the problem and not just treat the current symptoms. Jenny will spend time to explain her findings and discuss suitable treatment options.
Treatment usually includes a combination of manual joint mobilisation, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, acupuncture, stretching and strengthening exercises.
